Ghanaian talent manager, Lawrence Asiamah Hanson popularly referred to by his moniker Bulldog is regarded as one of the most experience entertainment executives in the country and he is acclaimed for his objectiveness when it comes to speaking to issues concerning the showbiz industry and governance at certain points.
You might recall that Shatta Wale has been bragging about how the Accra Sports Stadium was entirely sold out when he once performed there for a concert. Since his former manager asserts that the stadium was never entirely full while he was the head coach, it would appear that the claims he has been making in this regard are not entirely sincere. Bulldog revealed that the only artist in Ghana who can fill the O2 Arena in the UK is Black Sherif.
In his statement on Hitz FM, he said the following:
“Black Sherif is capable of playing to capacity at the O2 Arena. They would all go to watch the musician play if it is reported that Black Sherif will be performing at the O2 Arena and if the UK embassy will grant out visas to his followers in Ghana. Black Sherif is very popular in Ghana. Pastor Mensa Otabil is the only “artist” who has been successful in selling out all of the seats at the Accra Sports Stadium. Shatta Wale has recently completed the first part of it. It was packed to the utmost capacity by the preacher.”
